The Four Keys to Living Mindfully

We are so happy to return to the Polarity Studio in Tully, New York. This our 3rd annual program with these wonderful, healing people.

This year we invite you to join us for a day of mindfulness with John Bruna, co-founder of the Mindful Life Program. Mindfulness is not limited to learning how to meditate, it is how we engage in our daily activities.  Developing the four keys of living mindfully, attention, values, wisdom and an open heart, help you bring attention and intention into all of your activities.

Date: September 20th, 2015        Time: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Lunch: We will have a potluck lunch. Please bring a dish to share.

Location: Polarity Center of Syracuse Studio, 5397 Nichols Road, Tully, NY

Cost: Offered on a free-will donation basis. All donations are tax-deductable and go to the Way of Compassion Foundation.  You may make a secure donation using the button below or bring your donation with you.
